Chris Washburn our executive chef for the 2008 season creates custom menus throughout the winter to keep you warm and happy. 

Chris is an accomplished chef who brings 30 years of experience in the restaurant and catering business to the Lookout team.  He owned and operated his own restaurant (Fiddlehead Farms in Freeport and Catered in Freeport for more than 20 years.  Most recently he has been chef at the Park Eastland Hotel in Portland in charge of catering.

• Complimentary Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am for our Inn guests.  We offer full breakfasts such as country eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, or our famous buttermilk blueberry pancakes.  Guests in the cottages are welcome; however, the cost of the breakfast is not included with cottage rental but can be purchased with advance notice.

• The dining room seats forty.  More room is available and used for special parties and weddings.
